Our flat base rails are designed for universal or custom fit applications. Standing 0.374" (9.5mm) tall, they are available in lengths ranging from 3.73" (94.8mm) to 23.81" (604.8mm) to suit your needs. Machined from 1018 steel, these rails are readily weldable without requiring post-weld heat treatment. Each rail features a uniform media blasted (white) finish, sealed in plastic and lightly oiled to protect against corrosion. Precision-machined to MIL-STD-1913 and STANAG 4964 specifications, they provide a secure, reliable mount for optics and accessories.
